Terms of Use

Welcome to Lumina Vibe Club. By signing up as a member and using our website (luminavibe.club), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Account

  • To become a member, you must provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Membership Benefits

  • As a member, you will enjoy exclusive access to events, promotions, collaborations, and Zyia Activewear curated by Lumina.

  • Membership benefits and offers may change or be updated from time to time without prior notice.

  • Some benefits may be subject to additional eligibility criteria (e.g., Ambassador or Business Collaborator programs).

3. Orders & Payments

  • All purchases made on the Lumina website are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return policy within Hong Kong (see our Return Policy for full details).

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Sale items and certain categories (e.g., undergarments, opened beauty products) are non-returnable.

  • There are no returns & exchanges for sale items and certain products for hygienic reasons (e.g. undergarments, opened beauty products). 

5. Delivery & Pick-up

  • Orders above HK$2,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within Hong Kong.

  • Orders below HK$2,000 may be collected at designated pick-up points at no additional charge or delivery can be arranged within Hong Kong with a delivery charge to be calculated at checkout. 

  • Delivery and pick-up arrangements are coordinated by our team within 3 working days of your order.

6. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

  • Content on luminavibe.club (including images, text, graphics, and logos) is owned by Lumina Vibe Club and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Community Standards

  • Lumina Vibe Club is built on respect, inclusivity, and positivity.

  • Members engaging in misconduct (e.g., abusive behavior, misuse of benefits) may have their membership revoked without refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Information collected during sign-up and purchase will be used in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or rent, or share member information with third parties for marketing or other purposes not relating to the member's participation in Lumina Vibe Club activities or product use. 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Lumina Vibe Club is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, products, or services.

  • Event participation and product use are at the member’s own discretion and risk.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Lumina Vibe Club reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time.

  • Continued use of the website and membership after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
