At Lumina Vibe Club, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and personal. During our pre-launch stage, all delivery and pick-up arrangements will be handled directly by our team.
Pick-Up
For orders below HK$2,000, customers may collect items at our designated pick-up points.
Our team will contact you within 3 working days after your order to confirm details.
Delivery
For orders of HK$2,000 or above, complimentary delivery will be arranged.
Our team will connect with you within 3 working days to schedule the delivery.
Notes
Currently, all delivery/pick-up coordination is done personally by our Lumina team for a tailored experience.
Standard processing time is 7–14 days from order confirmation.
