Return & Exchange Policy
At Lumina Vibe Club, we want you to feel confident and inspired with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy within Hong Kong.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, or opened beauty products) cannot be returned.
Process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Our team will provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Once the return is approved and received, we will issue:
An exchange for another item, or
A refund in the form of store credit.
Notes
As all delivery/pickup coordination is currently handled personally by our Lumina team, standard processing time is 7-14 days from order confirmation.
Lumina Vibe Club reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
